With a budget of £300 and an hour on the clock, two teams of bargain hunters shop for three antiques to sell at auction, and hopefully make a profit. Guiding them are their very own antiques experts. At the end of the show, the team with the biggest profit or the smallest loss is the winner – and three profits in a row earns you the coveted Golden Gavel!

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

We love to receive applications from potential teams that are keen to appear on Bargain Hunt. Please take a few minutes to fill in this online application form, taking care to complete all sections.

As we're a small team working on a TV show that is broadcast daily, we regret that we do not have the time to reply to every application. If your application is successful at the initial stage, you will receive an invitation to audition with your team-mate via Zoom. This could be several months after submitting your application.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Bargain Hunt is produced by BBC Studios for broadcast, use and exploitation by the BBC (the Commissioner). We are responsible for handling personal information you provide, including your application, in accordance with data protection law.
